Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS
Article 41.--ELECTION CAMPAIGN FINANCE; GENERAL

      25-4154.   Contributions in name of another prohibited; anonymous contributions,aggregate, maximum; copying names of contributors for commercial purpose prohibited.(a) No person shall make a contribution in the name of another person,and no person shall knowingly accept a contribution made by one personin the name of another.

      (b)   No person shall give or accept any contribution in excess of $10 unlessthe name and address of the contributor is madeknown to the individual receiving the contribution.

      (c)   The aggregate of contributions for which the name and address ofthe contributor is not reported under K.S.A. 25-4148 shall notexceed 50% of the amount one individual (other than thecandidate or spouse) may contribute to or for a candidate's campaign.

      (d)   No person shall copy any name of a contributor from any reportor statement filed under the campaign finance act and use such name for any commercialpurpose, and no person shall use any name for a commercial purpose withknowledge that such name was obtained solely by copying informationrelating to contributions contained in any report or statement filedunder the campaign finance act.
