Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS
Article 41.--ELECTION CAMPAIGN FINANCE; GENERAL

      25-4162.   Same; withdrawal of complaints; civil action for maliciousprosecution; when.The commission may permit a complainant to withdraw such person's complaint at anytime. The respondent may bring a civil action in the district courtagainst the complainant for malicious prosecution for the filing orprosecution of any complaint with the commission under the campaign finance act,whenever under like circumstances an action for malicious prosecutionwould arise for filing or prosecution of an action or complaint in acourt. All papers in the possession of the commission relating theretoshall be admissible.
