Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS
Article 41.--ELECTION CAMPAIGN FINANCE; GENERAL

      25-4183.   Same; injunction; restraining order; mandamus.Whenever it appears to thecommission thatany person hasengaged in any act or practice constituting a violation of anyprovision of the campaign finance act or any rule and regulation or orderhereunder,the commission may bring an action in any court ofcompetent jurisdiction to enjointhe acts or practices and to enforce compliance with such act or anyrule and regulation or order hereunder.Upon a proper showing, a permanent or temporary injunction, restrainingorder, restitution, writ of mandamus or other equitable relief shall begranted.
