Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 44.--ELECTRONIC AND ELECTROMECHANICAL VOTING SYSTEMS

25-4402. Same; purchase, lease or rent and use by county.Subject to the limitations of article 44 of chapter 25 of KansasStatutes Annotated and amendments thereto, the board of countycommissioners and the county election officer of any county areauthorized to purchase, lease or rent and use electronic orelectromechanical voting systems as provided by K.S.A.25-4403 and amendments thereto.
