Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS
Article 44.--ELECTRONIC AND ELECTROMECHANICAL VOTING SYSTEMS

      25-4408.   Same; storage, repair, delivery to voting places and return to storage.The board of county commissioners shall provide for the storage of electronicor electromechanical voting systems. The county election officer shallbe in complete charge of the systems, their safekeeping when not in useand keeping them in repair and working order and shall see that they aredelivered to the voting places in time for all arrangements to be made andfor the systems to be ready for use at the hour of opening the polls. Afterthe election the county election officer shall see that the systems arereturned to the place of storage, or are secured for on-site storage.
