Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS
Article 44.--ELECTRONIC AND ELECTROMECHANICAL VOTING SYSTEMS

      25-4410.   Same; procedures for voting on paperballots applicable tosystems; sample ballots; instructions and assistanceto voters.(a) Insofar as applicable, the procedures provided for voting on paper ballotsshall apply to electronic and electromechanical voting systems.

      (b)   The county election officer shall provide for each voting place sampleballots which shall bepostedfor public inspection during the hours that the polls are open onelection day.

      (c)   Each voter shall be instructed how to operate the voting devicebefore such voter enters the voting booth. In case anyvoter after entering the voting booth shall ask for further instructionconcerning the manner of voting, two election boardmembers of opposite political parties shall give such instructions to suchelector, but no judge or other election officer or person assisting an electorshall in any manner request, suggest, or seek to persuade or induce any suchelector to vote any particular ticket, or for any particular candidate, or foror against any particular amendment, question or proposition.
