Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS
Article 47.--HELP AMERICA VOTE ACT OF 2002 ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLAINT ACT

      25-4709.   Hearing; notice.(a) If requested by the complainant, the secretary of stateshallconduct a hearingon the record to review the complaint. The secretary of state or other persondesignated by thesecretary of state shall serve as the hearing officer.

      (b)   The hearing shall be conducted no later than 30 days after the secretaryof statereceives the complaint. The secretary of state shall give at least 5 daysadvance notice of thedate, time, and place of the hearing to the complainant and each namedrespondent.
