Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS
Article 47.--HELP AMERICA VOTE ACT OF 2002 ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLAINT ACT

      25-4711.   Informal and pre-hearingconferences.(a) The secretary of state may conduct an informalconference to resolve thefiledcomplaint, if both the complainant and respondent have an opportunity toparticipate in theproceeding.

      (b)   The secretary of state may conduct a pre-hearing conference to organizeissues andprocedures to promote an orderly and prompt hearing.

      (c)   The secretary of state shall give advance notice to the complainant andrespondent ofthe date, time, and place of any conference.
