Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 47.--HELP AMERICA VOTE ACT OF 2002 ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLAINT ACT

25-4712. Subpoenas.Subpoenas. The secretary of state may issue subpoenas for awitness or anymaterial that is relevant to the administration of this act. The secretary ofstate may issuesubpoenas to compel the attendance of witnesses and/or production of books,documents andrecords anywhere in the state in any hearing held under the provisions of thisact.
