Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS
Article 6.--OFFICIAL BALLOTS

      25-614.   Marking ballots; directions; ballot rotation in voting machine counties.Ballots shall be so printed as to give each voter an opportunity todesignate by a cross or check mark in the square at the leftof the name anddesignation of each candidate the voter's choice of candidates.Ballots shall beso printed, in the case of governor and lieutenant governor, as to giveeach voter an equal opportunity to designate by a cross or checkmark in the squareat the left of the names and designation of each pair of suchcandidates the voter's choice of pairs of candidates. Upon theballots may beprinted such directions as will aid the voter.

      If voting machines are used the arrangement of names on votingmachines shall be rotated according to precinct, as near as may be.
