Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 8.--PRESIDENTIAL ELECTORS

25-801. Certified list of electors; delivery.The secretary of state shall prepare a list of the names of the electorsof president and vice-president of the United States, elected at anyelection, procure thereto the signature of the governor, affix the seal ofthe state to the same, and deliver such certificate, thus signed, to one ofsaid electors on or before the first Wednesday in December, next after suchelection.
