Chapter 27.--FEDERAL JURISDICTION
Article 1.--FEDERAL PROPERTY

      27-118.   Mineral lease fund distribution.All moneys received by the state of Kansas from the United States underthe mineral leasing act as the state's share shall be deposited in the statetreasury by thestate treasurer, and 50% of all such moneys shallbecredited to the state general fund, and the remaining 50% shall be credited totheabandoned oil and gas well fund established by K.S.A. 2000 Supp. 55-192.
