Chapter 27.--FEDERAL JURISDICTION Article 2.--PAYMENTS IN LIEU OF TAXES

27-208. Disposition of moneys.All money received by a political subdivision pursuant to K.S.A.27-205 or 27-206 shall be deposited in such fund or funds as maybe designated in the agreement: Provided, however, That if theagreement does not make such designation, the money shall be depositedin such fund or funds as the governing body of such politicalsubdivision shall by appropriate resolution direct.
