Chapter 27.--FEDERAL JURISDICTION
Article 3.--SURPLUS PROPERTY OF FEDERAL AGENCIES

      27-324.   Same; public records; annual audit; copies to city.All contracts, leases, agreements, books and records of the authorityshall constitute public books and records and shall be available forexamination by the city and any of its officers, employees and agentsduring normal business hours. The authority shall cause an audit of itsbooks and records to be conducted, at least annually, by an independentcertified public accountant and the city shall be furnished copies of thereport of such examination.
