Chapter 27.--FEDERAL JURISDICTION Article 3.--SURPLUS PROPERTY OF FEDERAL AGENCIES

27-326. Same; invalidity of part.If any section, clause or provision of this act shall be declaredunconstitutional, the decision shall affect only the section, clause orprovision so declared to be unconstitutional and shall not affect any othersection, clause or provision of this act.
