Chapter 28.--FEES AND SALARIES
Article 1.--FEES IN ALL COUNTIES AND SALARIES IN CERTAIN COUNTIES

      28-139.   Same; statement of attendance of jurors and witnesses incriminal cases for which county is liable.Ona monthly basis, theclerk of the court shall return to the board of countycommissioners a statementof the attendance of jurors and their mileage,together with a statement of the attendance and mileage of witnesses in allcriminal cases, claimed, and for which the county is liable.
