Chapter 28.--FEES AND SALARIES
Article 1.--FEES IN ALL COUNTIES AND SALARIES IN CERTAIN COUNTIES

      28-167.   Allowance for assistance, deputies, clerical and stenographichire in certain counties.When in any county having a population of not more than one hundredthousand (100,000) it is necessary, the board of county commissionersshall allow such reasonable sums for assistants, deputies, clerical andstenographic hire as may be necessary to properly expedite the businessof the offices of the county attorney, county clerk, county treasurer, register ofdeeds and sheriff.
