Chapter 28.--FEES AND SALARIES
Article 1.--FEES IN ALL COUNTIES AND SALARIES IN CERTAIN COUNTIES

      28-169.   Same; allowance of traveling expenses and mileage.In any county having a population of 80,000 or less, the board of countycommissioners shall allow any county officer, deputy or employee his actualand necessary traveling expenses incurred in the performance of his dutiesand shall allow mileage to any such officer, deputy, or employee at therate prescribed by law for each mile actually and necessarily traveled in aprivately owned vehicle in the performance of his duties.
