Chapter 28.--FEES AND SALARIES
Article 2.--COUNTIES BETWEEN 130,000 AND 185,000

      28-208.   Prescription of compensation.All officers and employees herein mentioned in all counties of thisstate having a population of more than one hundred thirty thousand(130,000) and less than one hundred eighty-five thousand (185,000) shallreceive for their services the compensation herein allowed: Provided,In such counties the board of county commissioners shall allow suchreasonable sums for deputies and clerical hire, as may be necessary toproperly expedite the business of the county offices.
