Chapter 28.--FEES AND SALARIES
Article 6.--COUNTIES OVER 300,000

      28-613.   County auditor; salary; deputies, clerks, stenographers;expenses.The county auditor shall receive a salary in an amount prescribed by thedistrict court of the judicial district in which such county is located;and for deputies, clerks or stenographers, to be appointed by theauditor, and other necessary and actual expenses of his office the boardof county commissioners shall authorize the expenditure of such sums asthe board of county commissioners shall determine to be necessary toproperly expedite the business of such office.
