Chapter 28.--FEES AND SALARIES Article 8.--COUNTIES OF 100,000 OR LESS

28-824. Assistants, deputies, clerks, stenographers; salaries andcompensation.The board of county commissioners of all counties shall allow suchreasonable sums for salaries and compensation of assistants, deputies,clerks and stenographers as may be necessary to properly expedite thebusiness of the several offices of the county.
