Chapter 28.--FEES AND SALARIES
Article 8.--COUNTIES OF 100,000 OR LESS

      28-828.   Inapplicability of 28-424 and 28-425.None of the provisions of K.S.A. 28-424 and 28-425 shall be applicableto any officer or employee whose salary or compensation is fixed by theprovisions of this act.
