Chapter 29.--FENCES
Article 2.--FENCE VIEWERS

      29-201.   County commissioners as fenceviewers; designees.The board of county commissioners, in each county in this state, ortheir designees, shall befence viewers in each township of such county.Any action taken by the board pursuant to 29-201 et seq., and amendmentsthereto, shall require a majority vote of the board of county commissioners. Ifthe board appoints designees to act as fence viewers, any recommendation ofsuch designees shall not be effective unless approved by a majority of theboard of county commissioners.
