Chapter 29.--FENCES
Article 2.--FENCE VIEWERS

      29-203.   Compensation and expenses.Each fence viewer shall be entitled to receive seven dollars and fiftycents ($7.50) as full compensation for each fence viewed, to be paid in thefirst instance by the party or parties requiring the services; and allexpenses of the view shall be borne equally between the parties interested,except in case of a view to appraise damages for neglect or refusal to makeor maintain a just proportion of a division fence, in which case the costsof view shall be paid by the party in default, to be recovered as a part ofthe damages assessed.
