Chapter 31.--FIRE PROTECTION Article 4.--ARSON REPORTING

31-406. Violation of act; penalties.It is unlawful and a violation of this act to fail to release informationor evidence pursuant to K.S.A. 31-403(a) or to fail to give noticeand to provide material developed from an inquiry into a fire loss as providedin K.S.A. 31-403(b). Any such violation shall constitute a classC misdemeanor.
