Chapter 31.--FIRE PROTECTION Article 5.--KANSAS FIREWORKS ACT

31-506. Rules and regulations.The fire marshal shall have the authority to promulgaterules and regulations to implement and administer the provisions of this act.Any rules and regulations of the state fire marshal adopted pursuant tothis act may incorporate by reference specific editions, or portions thereof,of nationally recognized fire prevention codes. All rules and regulations ofthe state fire marshal pertaining to fireworks regulated by this act inexistence on the effective date of this act shall continue to be effectiveuntil revised, amended, revoked or nullified pursuant to law.
