Chapter 31.--FIRE PROTECTION Article 6.--FIRE SAFETY STANDARDS FOR CIGARETTES

31-612. Same; preemption of city and countyauthority.Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a city or county shall not enactnor enforce any ordinance, resolution or other regulation conflicting with, orpreempted by, anyprovision of this act or with any policy of this state expressed by this act,whether that policy beexpressed by inclusion of a provision in this act or by exclusion of thatsubject from this act.
