Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION
Article 10.--ENFORCEMENT

      32-1014.   Obstruction or impeding of lawful activities.(a) No person shall willfully obstruct or impede theparticipation of any individual in the lawful activity ofhunting, furharvesting or fishing.

      (b)   The provisions of this section shall not apply to the actions of lawenforcement officers and personnel of the departmentin the performance of their official duties and shall not obstruct orimpede the legal rights and normal activities of landowners or tenantsincluding, but not limited to, farming, ranching and the right to limit trespass.
