Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION
Article 10.--ENFORCEMENT

      32-1034.   Second conviction for obstruction or impeding of lawfulactivities.(a) If a person is convicted of a violation of K.S.A. 32-1014and such person, within two years prior to such violation, committedanother violation of this [such] section which arose out of a separate setofcircumstances and for which the person was convicted, such person is guiltyof a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000 orimprisonment for not more than one year, or both.

      (b)   Any person convicted of a violation of K.S.A. 32-1014 shall be liable tothe person with whom the violator interfered for all costs and damagesresulting therefrom.
