Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION
Article 11.--BOATING AND WATER ACTIVITIES

      32-1129.   Lifesaving devices.(a) The operator of every vessel shall require every person 12years of age or under to wear a United States Coast Guard approvedtype I, type II or type III personal flotation device while aboard or beingtowed by such vessel. A life beltor ring shall not satisfy the requirement of this section.

      (b)   Violation of subsection (a) shall constitute a class C misdemeanor.
