Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION Article 11.--BOATING AND WATER ACTIVITIES

32-1133. Same; additional test by own physician.Without limiting or affecting the provisions of K.S.A. 32-1132,the person tested shall have a reasonable opportunity to have an additionaltest by a physician of the person's own choosing. In case the officer refusesto permit such additional testing, the testing administered pursuant to K.S.A.32-1132 shall not be competent in evidence.
