Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION Article 11.--BOATING AND WATER ACTIVITIES

32-1153. Same; sewage disposal.It shall be unlawful to place, leave, discharge or cause to be left,placed or discharged into or near the waters of this state any receptaclecontaining sewage, whether by the owner, operator or guest of a vessel.
