Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION
Article 2.--FISH HATCHERY; FISH AND GAME REFUGES AND PRESERVES; RECREATIONAL GROUNDS

      32-204.   Same; control of preserve.The lands described in K.S.A. 32-203 are hereby placedin the custody and under the control of the state forestry, fish andgame commission.
