Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION Article 7.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

32-705. Severability.If any provisions of this act or the application thereof to any personor circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect otherprovisions or applications of this act which can be given effect withoutthe invalid provisions or application and to this end the provisions ofthis act are severable.
