Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION
Article 8.--DEPARTMENT OF WILDLIFE AND PARKS

      32-809.   State agricultural production fund.(a) Unless otherwise provided by law, all moneys receivedfromagricultural production on state-owned property under the control andjurisdiction of the secretary of wildlife and parks shall be remitted inaccordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto, tothe state treasurer. The state treasurer shall deposit the entire amount inthe state treasury and credit it to the state agricultural production fund,which is hereby created in the state treasury.

      (b)   The department of wildlife and parks shall establish separate accountsof the state agricultural production fund for each state-owned property underthe control and jurisdiction of the secretary of wildlife and parks. Suchaccounts shall be used for costs and expenses associated with managementpractices as determined for each property.

      (c)   All expenditures from the state agricultural production fund shall bemade in accordance with appropriation acts upon warrants of the director ofaccounts and reports issued pursuant to vouchers approved by the secretary ofwildlife and parks.
