Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION
Article 8.--DEPARTMENT OF WILDLIFE AND PARKS

      32-829.   Assent to fish restoration and management projects act; use offees.(a) The state of Kansas hereby assents to the provisions of the fishrestoration and managementprojects act (16 U.S.C. 777 et seq.), as amended. The secretaryis hereby authorized anddirected to perform such acts as necessary to the conduct andestablishment of cooperative fish restoration projects, as defined in suchact, in compliance with such actand rules and regulationspromulgated by the secretary of the interior thereunder. Thestate treasurer is herebyauthorized to receive and disburse all moneys apportioned to the state inaccordance with the provisions of such act.

      (b)   No moneysaccruing to the state of Kansas from fees paid for fishing licenses, permits orstamps shall be used for any purpose other than the administration of thedepartment and the protection,propagation, preservation,management and investigation of wildlife.
