Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION
Article 8.--DEPARTMENT OF WILDLIFE AND PARKS

      32-831.   Cooperation with state and local agencies.In carrying out its functions and duties, the department shall cooperateand coordinate its activities with the state department of economicdevelopment and with all otherstate agencies and such municipal, county and township planning boards andcommissions as are concerned with matters under the supervision of thedepartment. The department may alsocooperate and coordinate its activitieswith federal agencies and with other states.

      All state agencies shall, upon request, furnish to thedepartment, withina reasonable time, such available information as it shall require in theperformance of its duties and functions.

      The state department of transportation mayconstruct, reconstruct, maintain andimprove, in cooperation with and under the supervision of thedepartment,access and service roads, trails and parking areas,including necessary bridges within andadjacent to lands and waters,under the supervision andcontrol of thedepartment. The secretary isvested with and shall exercise jurisdiction over the use of all such roads,trails and parking areas and shall adoptand enforce reasonable rules and regulations regarding their use.
