Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION
Article 8.--DEPARTMENT OF WILDLIFE AND PARKS

      32-841.   Donated lands; remission of taxes.Whenever any person donates or has donated real estate to the stateof Kansas for use as a state park upon which real estate taxes have beenlevied and assessed and upon which penalties and charges have accrued, theboard of county commissioners of the county in which such real estate issituated is hereby authorized and directed to remit and cancel all suchtaxes, penalties and charges.
