Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION
Article 8.--DEPARTMENT OF WILDLIFE AND PARKS

      32-843.   Same; legislative approval.(a) On or before the 30th calendar day of each regular legislativesession, the secretary shall transmit to the state house of representatives, thestate senate and the secretaryof state copies of each license entered into with the United States armycorps of engineers pursuant to the fish and wildlife coordination actsince the 30th day of the immediately preceding regularlegislative session. Thecopies transmitted to thesecretary of stateshall be available forpublic inspection during regular business hours. At any time after the 30thcalendar day of the regular legislative session when a license istransmitted as provided in this section, the legislature may disapprove andrevoke such license by adoption of a concurrent resolution so providing.No such license shall be subject to revocation by the legislature afterthe 90th calendar day of such regular legislative session.

      (b)   Theprovisions of this section shall not apply to licenses entered into withrespect to Hillsdale reservoir project lands.
