Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION
Article 8.--DEPARTMENT OF WILDLIFE AND PARKS

      32-851.   Same; procedure.Before entering into any such oil, gas or other mineral lease, thesecretary shall give not lessthan 30 days' publicnotice in the Kansas register of the intention to enter thelease. Leases shall be made only uponcompetitive bids and shall be awarded to the highest responsible bidder.The right to reject any and all bids for leases shall be reserved by the secretary.
