Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION
Article 8.--DEPARTMENT OF WILDLIFE AND PARKS

      32-864.   Same; refunding revenue bonds authorized.The secretary is hereby authorized to provide by resolution for theissuance of revenue refunding bonds of the department for the purpose ofrefunding any bonds then outstanding which have been issued under theprovisions of K.S.A. 32-857 through 32-864, including the payment of anyredemption premium thereon and any interest accrued or to accrue to the date ofredemption of such bonds, and, if deemed advisable by the secretary, for theadditionalpurpose of constructing improvements, extensions or enlargements of thespecific project in connection with which the bonds to be refunded havebeen issued. The issuance of such bonds, the maturities andother details thereof, the rights of the holders thereof and the rights,duties and obligations of the secretary and the department in respect of thesame shall be governed by the provisions of K.S.A. 32-857 through 32-864insofar as applicable.
