Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION
Article 8.--DEPARTMENT OF WILDLIFE AND PARKS

      32-869.   Same; amount of bonds authorized;payment.The Kansas development finance authority is hereby authorizedto issue, pursuant to K.S.A.32-857 through 32-864, and amendments thereto, revenue bonds in an amountor amounts not to exceed$30,000,000 for any one resort. The proceeds from the saleof such bonds shallbe used, together with any other funds available for such purpose, to constructand equip a resort onstate-owned or leased property under the jurisdiction of the department ofwildlife andparks. The bonds,and interest thereon, issued pursuant to this section shall be payableby the private sector developer from revenues toinclude, but not limited to, resortcharges, rentals and fees, suchpayment to be in lieu of lease payments and shall never bedeemed to be an obligation or indebtedness of the statewithin the meaning ofsection 6 of article 11 of the constitution of the state of Kansas.
