Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION
Article 8.--DEPARTMENT OF WILDLIFE AND PARKS

      32-876.   Hatchery bonds; definitions.As used in K.S.A. 32-876 through 32-885, unless the context otherwise requires:

      (a)   "Hatchery" means a fish hatchery constructed, maintained, operated,equipped and stocked pursuant to K.S.A. 32-876 through 32-885.

      (b)   "Revenue bonds" means bonds issued pursuant to K.S.A. 32-876 through32-885 and payable as to both principal and interest out of the income derivedfrom hatchery stamps and, in the discretion of the secretary, out of theproceeds of any grant-in-aid which may be received from any source.

      (c)   "Hatchery stamps" means stamps, punches or any other method ofidentification of the form and design selected and prescribed in accordancewith the rules and regulations adopted by the secretary in accordancewith K.S.A. 32-805 and amendments thereto.

      32-876.   Hatchery bonds; definitions.As used in K.S.A. 32-876 through 32-885, unless the context otherwise requires:
