Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION
Article 9.--LICENSES, PERMITS, STAMPS AND OTHER ISSUES

      32-949.   Same; actions against license.The secretary may suspend, revoke, refuse to issue or refuse to renew anycontrolled shooting area license if the secretary finds that the licensed area,or the operator thereof, is not complying or does not comply with theprovisions of K.S.A. 32-943 through 32-950 or that the area is being operatedin an unlawful or illegal manner. Orders under this section and proceedingsthereon shall be subject to the provisions of the Kansas administrativeprocedure act.
