Chapter 32.--WILDLIFE, PARKS AND RECREATION
Article 9.--LICENSES, PERMITS, STAMPS AND OTHER ISSUES

      32-986.   Same; refunds for unsold issues..(a) Any agent who is appointed by a county clerk pursuant to K.S.A.32-985 and who purchases from the county clerk any licenses, permits, stamps orother issues of the department in quantities of five or more for the purpose ofresale may secure a refund for any unused issues by returning them to thecounty clerk from whom purchased at least 10 days before their expiration. Suchrefunds shall be paid from the moneys in the possession of the county treasurerreceived from the sale of such issues.

      (b)   Any agent who is appointed by the secretary pursuant to K.S.A.32-985 and who purchases from the secretary any licenses, permits, stampsor other issues of the department in quantities of five or more for the purposeof resale may secure a refund for any unused licenses, permits, stamps or otherissues by returning them to the secretary at least 10 days before theirexpiration. Such refunds shall be paid from the moneys of the departmentreceived from the sale of such licenses, permits, stamps or other issues.

      (c)   The secretary may make refunds as specified by law and shalladopt, in accordance with K.S.A. 32-805 and amendments thereto,rules and regulations establishing refund procedures.
