Chapter 34.--GRAIN AND FORAGE
Article 2.--INSPECTING, SAMPLING, STORING, WEIGHING AND GRADING GRAIN; TERMINAL AND LOCAL WAREHOUSES

      34-298.   Penalty for violation of act; revocation of license; hearing.(a) Unless otherwise provided in this act, any person or entity that violatesany provision of this act is guilty of a class A nonperson misdemeanor.

      (b)   If, after a hearing conducted in accordance with the provisions ofthe Kansas administrative procedure act, the secretary findsthat the provisions of this act have beenviolated by any person holding a license to conduct a public warehouse inthis state, the secretary shall revoke the person's license.No new licenseshall be granted to the person whose license is revoked or to anyoneengaged, either directly or indirectly, in the public warehouse businesswith that person for a period of one year.
