Chapter 34.--GRAIN AND FORAGE Article 2.--INSPECTING, SAMPLING, STORING, WEIGHING AND GRADING GRAIN; TERMINAL AND LOCAL WAREHOUSES

34-2,106. Same; severability.If any provision of this act or the application thereof to any person orcircumstances is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect otherprovisions or applications of the act which can be given effect without theinvalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of thisact are severable.
