Chapter 35.--HOLIDAYS AND DAYS OF COMMEMORATION
Article 2.--DAYS OF COMMEMORATION

      35-202.   Display of flag on Mother's Day.The governor of this state is hereby authorized and requested to issueannually a proclamation calling upon our state officials to display theUnited States flag on all state and school buildings, and the people of thestate to display the flag at their homes, lodges, churches, places ofbusiness and other suitable places, on the second Sunday in May, known asMother's Day.
