Chapter 35.--HOLIDAYS AND DAYS OF COMMEMORATION
Article 2.--DAYS OF COMMEMORATION

      35-203.   General Pulaski's Memorial Day.The governor of the state of Kansas is authorized and directed to issuea proclamation calling upon officials of the government to display the flagof the United States on all governmental buildings on October eleventh ofeach year and inviting the people of the state of Kansas to observe theday in schools and churches, or other suitable places, with appropriateceremonies in commemoration of the death of General Casimir Pulaski.
