Chapter 35.--HOLIDAYS AND DAYS OF COMMEMORATION
Article 2.--DAYS OF COMMEMORATION

      35-205.   American Indian Day.The fourth Saturday of September of the present year of our Lord 1945,and the fourth Saturday of September of each year thereafter is herebydesignated as "American Indian Day."
